  • Morning Vinyasa Flow

    An energising, uplifting vinyasa flow class working with Yin and Yang energy to help set you up for your day. Expect a sprinkling of longer holds and pranayama breath work throughout the practice to help balance, nourish and sustain both on and off the mat.

    This class is suitable for complete beginners, beginners and those with experience. Vinyasa is a style of yoga where the asanas (postures) are joined together in a sequence and movement is linked to breath.

    Regular Thursday morning classes take place @ YOGAPOINT in Brixton, also on ZOOM at 7.15am

  • Recovery Yoga - therapy for mental well being

    Classes focus on yoga skills such as breath and posture to help improve and maintain good mental wellbeing. This helps with the management and reduction of anxiety symptoms, low mood, coping with trauma or other issues important to those attending. No previous experience is needed.

    I run FREE weekly on line ‘RECOVERY YOGA’ classes in partnership with the SLAM Recovery College via MS Teams on Wednesdays at 8am. To receive the link for the sessions you first need to complete an online form -

  • Mindful Monday

    A blend of mindfulness, breath work and gentle yoga to help start your week with mental calmness. Suitable for everyone.

  • Yoga Therapy for young people

    Structured, integrated and holistic yogic breath and body approaches designed for children and young people have been proved to help them with the management and reduction of symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD or trauma symptoms.

    I offer private sessions to individuals, families or small groups, which I design to meet your specific needs. No previous experience of yoga or therapy is needed.

  • Joy Flow


    A dynamic, flowing, joyful yoga class.Designed to build strength, fitness and flexibility based on traditional yoga sequences and poses (called asanas). An energising and fun class suitable for those with some experience of yoga.

  • Chair Yoga (Choga)

    Chair yoga is a really great way for anyone irrespective of previous experience to enjoy the practice and benefits of yoga. Its especially accessible for beginners, wheelchair users, those with limited mobility (including strength and balance issues) and those recovering from illness or injury.
