Are you interested in individual or family yoga or yoga therapy sessions ?
There are so many ways yoga and yoga therapy can have a positive impact on your life and help bring you more calm, joy and a healthier body and mind. I offer personalised private sessions for either individuals or for families which are designed around your needs.
What to expect
I always like to start with a friendly phone chat to find out more about you and how I can help you.
If you wish to proceed I will arrange an initial face to face consultation, where we can expolore together what issues you are experiencing what you would like to work on and what outcomes you want to achieve.
Afterwards I then will design and agree with you a personal programme which can either offer one off or regular sessions at a time and location to meet your requirements. I offer either face to face or online sessions (using Zoom). Personal programmes will include a combination of yoga postures, breath, mindfulness and meditation work, all appropriate to your needs.
Prices for individual sessions or groups of sessions are negotiable typically depending on location, number of sessions etc. I am happy to discuss discounts in particular circumstances.
