NOURISH!
Really looking forward to my next NOURISH! workshop which is now booking for Sunday 28th May 2-4.15pm @yogapoint in Brixton.
I have carefully designed NOURISH! so it can help anyone improve their mental wellbeing.
It will give you specific evidence-based yoga practices to help you manage the mental and physical symptoms of anxiety, which you can then practice at home. The therapeutic use of yoga (breath work, postures, meditation and yoga philosophy) works on a deep level to support greater awareness of how we experience and hold stress in our bodies, as well as our minds. The workshop will explore therapeutic benefits of both Dynamic and Restorative/ Yin yoga practices and end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to provide deep rest and relaxation.
I am committed to making the workshop as inclusive and welcoming as possible. I do not want price to be a barrier, lower prices can be arranged on an individual basis.
